For orders outside the European Union, we provide quotes, and any resulting customs fees will be borne by the customer.

Ceramics are not shipped outside of Spain.

1. In the menu, select the section where you want to shop.

2. In some sections, you will have more categories where you can filter your preferences.

3. Once you have found the product you want, you will be able to see product photos, measurements, available sizes, care and maintenance of the product, etc.

4. Select your size if needed, and add your item to the cart.

5. When you have finished your selection, go to the 'cart' section in the upper right part.

6. In this section, you will be able to check all the products in your cart. If you need to specify any characteristics of your order (delivery time, specific day...), you can provide them in the lower part of the section. Also, if you need a gift receipt, select the 'gift receipt' option and you can add a note if you wish.

7. Finally, you can purchase your order by clicking the 'checkout' button.

8. Once you are redirected to the payment page, you will need to fill in and select the following options:

- Contact information: Provide us with your email so we can send you your order information.

- Delivery method: Select whether you want to pick up your order in-store (Juan Bravo, 22 Madrid) or have it sent to an address that we will ask you for later.

- Shipping address: Fill in all the details we ask for to send you the order correctly, make sure the details are correct. Select the 'continue to shipping section' button.

- On this page, you can check that the shipping details are correct again. You will need to select what type of shipping you want, as sometimes you will see several shipping options. Select 'Continue to payment section'.

- Enter payment details. Credit card (Name, number, expiration date, and security code) or if you prefer to pay with PayPal, select the option and it will redirect you to another page. Let us know if you want your billing to be at the same address you provided or if you want to leave us a different address.

- Finally, you can complete the purchase.

You will receive an email to the provided email address with your order details and your order number. In this same email, you will have the option to make a return if the delivered item was not what you wanted.

If you need an invoice, please provide your billing details in the shipping form. We will then generate the invoice for you.

Please let us know in the notes/comments section if you would like the invoice printed with your order or sent by email.
