Jaime Parlade
Large-format and profusely illustrated book by the renowned Spanish interior designer, Jaime Parladé, who began his career in Marbella with the decoration of the Guadalmina hotel in 1958. This work distinguished him as one of the leading figures in the interior renovation of that city, where he decorated the homes of various families and social figures, nobles, and intellectuals of Marbella and its coast. Jaime Parladé has also worked in Corfu, Marrakech, Miami, Gstaad, and Connecticut, among other places. His great skill is the mixture of styles, but what prevails above all is the quality of the work and its comfort, so that any of his creations are attractive and welcoming from the first impact.
His favorite projects are those undertaken in country houses or renovations, such as those carried out in residences in Madrid, Ciudad Real, or Toledo. With images captured by renowned photographers, this book takes a tour of some of his houses.
